Crumbor is one small kitchen in Ooty. Email reaches the people who bake your cookies, and it is the quickest way to an answer.
About an order
- Where is my box? Your confirmation email links to the order's own page, which shows how far it has got. Once it ships, a second email gives the courier's docket number.
- Cancelling. Free until the cutoff — 6pm the evening before your bake. Reply to your confirmation email and it reaches us. How cancellation and refunds work.
- Damaged, wrong or missing? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the box and what was inside. What we do about it.
- Anything else. Write from the email address you ordered with and include the batch number from your confirmation email. That is usually all we need to find it.
